Job description

We’re looking for a strong M365 Engineer – Exchange to join the Corporate Platform Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience with Exchange Online, On‑Prem Exchange, Microsoft Teams, M365 Security & Compliance, and hybrid identity.

• EOP & Microsoft Defender for Office 365 – Anti-Spam, Anti-Phishing, Safe Links/Attachments
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and change-management experience

Nice to Have:

• Teams Phone, Auto Attendants, Call Queues & Teams Rooms
• Jira / ServiceNow integrations with Teams
• Experience supporting security, audit and regulatory requirements
• Financial services or other highly regulated environments

Work Schedule: 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC, with occasional support in Winston-Salem, NC. After-hours changes and on‑call support may be required.
