Job summary

Yoh Services LLC seeks a skilled Microsoft 365 Communications Engineer to join the Corporate Platform Engineering team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on Exchange administration (hybrid), Teams governance, and M365 compliance, working across Purview policies and Defender for Cloud while enabling integrated SaaS solutions like Jira and ServiceNow in Teams.

The candidate will troubleshoot complex mail flows, manage security policies, and support enterprise collaboration.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams governance, lifecycle management, and SaaS integrations (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Experience with Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Defender for Office 365 security policies.
• Proficiency with Entra ID authentication, SSO, and hybrid identity architectures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange environments, including mail flow and hybrid configurations.
• Configure and maintain Teams governance, policies, and external/guest access.
• Implement and manage Purview retention policies and information governance across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Troubleshoot mail delivery, routing, and compliance issues; monitor security posture.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on 365 security initiatives and Jira/ServiceNow integrations.
