Job summary

GDIT seeks a Collaboration Lead for a federal client to oversee Microsoft’s M365 platform initiatives in a high-volume environment. The role requires leading large enterprise teams across locations, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in program management activities including budgeting and staffing.

You will manage day-to-day team activities, align work to timelines, improve customer experience, and address disputes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s cloud environment.
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s M365 platform.
• Proficient in PowerShell automation and M365 security features.
• Skilled in configuring DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender for M365.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and background investigation is required; you must have a current clean financial background.
• Successful candidate must possess and be able to demonstrate technical skills and attitude for success, dedication and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day team activities, timelines, customer experience, and relationship management.
• Prioritize and allocate workflow while maintaining a productive, collaborative environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations for large-scale Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Contribute to program management activities including budget and forecasting analysis, staffing, and performance management.
