Job summary

Dev Technology Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced M365 Program Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee a large Enterprise Microsoft 365 program for a DHS component agency in the Washington, DC area.

You will lead a cross-functional team of 15–20 resources, manage multiple workstreams, and govern delivery using Jira, while aligning with security and compliance requirements. Your role includes advising stakeholders on platform changes, risks, and modernization opportunities, with strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience supporting technology programs.
• Experience leading technical teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience managing Agile software delivery using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of ~15–20 M365, Power Platform, development, governance and technical resources.
• Oversee concurrent application development, modernization, tenant administration, governance, and operations.
• Manage Agile delivery using Jira with backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and releases.
• Ensure governance, security, lifecycle management, and federal compliance in M365/Power Platform solutions.
• Coordinate with government leadership and executive stakeholders.
