Dev Technology Group is seeking an experienced M365 Program Manager / Delivery Lead to support a large Enterprise Microsoft 365 program for a DHS component agency in the DC area. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of 15-20 resources and oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, focusing on governance, security, and modernization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (admin, governance, dev/ops).
- Experience managing Agile delivery using Jira.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of 15–20 resources across M365, Power Platform, governance, and development.
- Oversee multiple concurrent application development, modernization, and tenant administration workstreams.
- Manage Agile delivery using Jira, including backlog, sprints, releases, and reporting.
- Ensure governance, security, lifecycle management, and federal compliance across M365 solutions.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership.
