Dev Technology Group in Annandale, VA is seeking an experienced M365 Program Manager / Delivery Lead to drive a large enterprise Microsoft 365 and Power Platform program for a DHS component agency. Lead a core team of 15–20 resources, oversee governance, security, and modernization, and coordinate with government stakeholders.

The role requires strong program management, Agile delivery, and deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and tenant administration.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform governance, development, and operations.
Experience leading Agile software delivery and coordinating multiple workstreams.
Ability to communicate technical risks and recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team of 15–20 M365/Power Platform resources and surge teams.
Oversee concurrent application development, tenant administration, governance, and operations.
Manage Agile delivery with Jira, including backlog, sprints, releases, and reporting.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and metrics; report to contractor and government leadership.
Ensure governance, security, and federal compliance in M365/Power Platform solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders and address technical risks and modernization opportunities.
