Job summary

Dev Technology Group in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced M365 Program Manager / Delivery Lead to drive a large Enterprise Microsoft 365 and Power Platform program for a DHS component agency. You will lead a core team and coordinate surge resources, balancing development with operations and handling governance, security, and compliance aspects.

The role requires strong program leadership, Agile delivery using Jira, and deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of relevant professional experience in technology programs or IT service delivery.
Experience leading technical teams and multiple workstreams in large enterprises.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Experience managing Agile software development and/or technical delivery using Jira.
Must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and be available for monthly meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team of 15–20 resources across M365, Power Platform, governance and development.
Oversee multiple concurrent application development, modernization, and tenant administration workstreams.
Manage Agile delivery using Jira, including backlog, sprints, and releases.
Ensure governance, security, and compliance practices are incorporated into solutions.
Translate Microsoft changes into operational and mission impacts for leadership.
Coordinate with government stakeholders and provide executive briefings.
