Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking an experienced M365 Program Manager / Delivery Lead to support a large DHS enterprise M365 and Power Platform program. You will lead a 15–20 person team, govern and modernize cloud environments, and drive Agile delivery using Jira.

The role requires strong leadership, enterprise administration knowledge, governance focus, and collaboration with agency stakeholders to address security, compliance, and platform health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in technology programs or IT service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience managing Agile software development using Jira or similar tools.
• Ability to engage technical resources and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Must reside in the Washington, DC metro area and be available for periodic meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 15–20 M365, Power Platform, development, governance, and technical resources.
• Oversee concurrent application development, modernization, tenant administration, governance, and operational workstreams.
• Manage Agile delivery using Jira, including backlog, sprint planning, releases, and reporting.
• Maintain governance, security, lifecycle management, and federal compliance for M365/Power Platform solutions.
• Translate Microsoft changes into operational and mission impacts for agency leadership.
• Coordinate responses to high-visibility incidents and urgent requests.
