Job summary

Teceze USA in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a candidate with basic M365 knowledge to provide L1/L2 deskside support during the T2T migration, assisting users directly and resolving issues related to Outlook/Exchange, MFA re-registration, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.

The role involves coordinating with an offshore team for clarifications and following SOPs, with a focus on promptly addressing VIP and high-priority incidents to keep the migration on track.

Qualifications

• Basic M365 knowledge required.
• Experience providing L1/L2 deskside support.
• Familiarity with Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-migration end user support for Outlook/Exchange, MFA re-registration, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, device readiness, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with offshore team in India for clarifications and alignment.
• Handle VIP and high-priority issues promptly to ensure smooth migration.

Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with basic M365 knowledge who can provide L1 & L2 Deskside support and assist users directly during the T2T migration to resolve any issues. The offshore team will provide supporting documents, SOPs, remote assistance, as well as L2 and L3 support.

• Provide post-migration end user support by assisting users directly during and after migration activities, including support for Outlook/Exchange, MFA re-registration, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, device readiness, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the offshore team in India for any clarifications and be aligned with the team.
• Handle VIP and high-priority issues promptly
