The Clearing House is seeking an experienced M365 Engineer (Communications) to join our Corporate Platform Engineering team in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes Exchange administration across on-prem and cloud, Teams governance, and M365 security, with a focus on Purview retention policies and Defender for Cloud.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, drive adoption of integrated SaaS solutions like Jira and ServiceNow in Teams, and maintain a secure, compliant environment while collaborating

Formación

• Expert in Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange administration.
• Strong experience with mail flow, hybrid configurations, and security hardening.
• Solid knowledge of Teams governance and SaaS integrations (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD and SSO/Conditional Access.
• Familiarity with Defender for Office 365, EOP, and data governance policies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange environments, including mail flow and hybrid configurations.
• Implement and maintain EOP and Defender for Office 365 policies; address anti-spam and anti-phishing controls.
• Configure and govern Microsoft Teams policies, external access, guest access, and lifecycle management.
• Drive adoption of Jira/ServiceNow integrations within Teams and ensure secure collaboration.
• Collaborate with security teams on Purview retention, compliance, and information governance.
