Job summary

Southern Company is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer/Administrator to govern and optimize the Microsoft 365 stack, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and related AI-enabled services. Qualifications

Extensive experience administering and governing Microsoft Power Platform solutions and 365 services.
Experience with governance, security, and compliance across Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and related tools.

Responsibilities

Lead governance, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 platforms and related technologies.
Manage lifecycle of AI, automation, and productivity solutions from intake to retirement.
Provide Tier 3 escalation support and advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and automation stacks.
