Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Product Analyst to administer and enhance Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. You will work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure configurations meet firm standards and user needs.

The role involves troubleshooting, data migration support, and end-user training, plus collaboration with Security and Governance teams to uphold standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
Experience supporting business applications and end users in IT/ corporate environment.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive).
Configure SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, permissions, and workflows.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT teams to resolve requests.
Support data migration and validation between platforms.
Prepare reports on usage, data quality, and adoption.
Provide end-user training on Microsoft 365 tools.
