Job summary

The Department of Administrative Services seeks a Productivity Platform Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online) and govern M365 Copilot deployments. You will also lead Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and enable citizen developers while administering Box.com and Smartsheet.

Strong communication with agencies is essential. Hybrid schedule with potential for in-office collaboration in Salem, Oregon.

Qualifications

Five years of information systems experience in Power Platform administration and governance or equivalent education/experience.
Associate degree or vocational IT training with three years of related experience; or Bachelor's with one year experience.
Strong ability to explain complex tech to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

Engineer, configure, and improve Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
Roll out and govern M365 Copilot, implement governance, data-security prerequisites, and analytics.
Build and operate Power Platform environments with DLP guards and citizen-developer enablement.
Administer Box.com and Smartsheet web apps and manage licensing and permissions.
Serve as senior troubleshooting resource for M365/SPO/Copilot consult service.
