Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP seeks a Product Analyst to support, configure, and enhance Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive). You will work with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure platforms meet firm standards and business needs.

You will administer, troubleshoot, and implement improvements, provide end-user training, and help governance and security across services. Hybrid work in Illinois role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years supporting business applications and end users in an IT, corporate, or professional services environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience configuring and administering SharePoint Online, including sites, document libraries, permissions, and content types.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Experience in a law firm or professional services environment; knowledge of law firm structure.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Configure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, content types, permissions, and workflows per Firm standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and coordinate with IT teams as needed.
• Support data migration, imports/exports, and validate content transfers between platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of platform configurations, content structures, functionality, and integrations.
• Prepare and analyze reports on usage, data quality, and adoption to identify improvements.
• Provide end-user training on Microsoft 365 tools and processes.
• Participate in projects to implement platform enhancements and governance.
• Document configurations and end-user materials; collaborate with Security and other IT teams on standards.
