Associated Electric Cooperative is seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support and enhance Microsoft 365, with a focus on SharePoint Online. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technology solutions and oversee governance, sites, and content management.

The role requires hands-on MS 365 experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently within a collaborative Digital Workplace team.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in STEM or equivalent technical training, certifications, or experience.
• Experience in an Application Analyst, Technology Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar enterprise technology role.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, preferably with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, administration, governance, or service support.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and turning them into clear technical or process improvements.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing requests and communicate clearly.

Mansioni

• Manage and support SharePoint as a key area of responsibility, including sites, permissions, content structures, lifecycle activities, governance practices, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and related productivity tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather and clarify requirements, and recommend practical technology or process improvements.
• Evaluate requests and help determine the appropriate Microsoft 365 solution based on business need and standards.
• Coordinate SharePoint improvements, migrations, site changes, intranet updates, and other Digital Workplace initiatives.
