Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 in the US to resolve complex incidents, analyze IT infrastructure, and design scalable deployment solutions. You will coordinate releases, perform testing, and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment with governance and SLAs.

The role emphasizes automation opportunities, security audits, and knowledge capture to drive efficiency and maintain enterprise standards across banking, wealth management, and insurance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, Workspace One, or Microsoft Intune is essential.
• Proficiency in MSI/MSIX/App-V packaging and PowerShell scripting is expected.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS (10/11) and enterprise deployment.
• Knowledge of SDLC and change management; willingness to adopt AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document root causes.
• Evaluate IT infrastructure and prepare assessment reports for improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and document deployments.
• Coordinate release schedules, perform post-deployment testing, and manage versions.
• Schedule maintenance, emergency fixes, and upgrades while ensuring integration with current systems.
• Analyze performance data and assist capacity planning to optimize systems.
• Conduct security checks and audits, implement security measures, and support continuity plans.
