Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. is seeking a M365 Collaboration Engineer for an onsite role in Bridgewater, NJ. The candidate will lead design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration services for a long-term project. Strong scripting and identity management skills are essential.

The role requires extensive experience with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform, plus expertise in email security tools and enterprise-grade collaboration environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
• Strong PowerShell scripting/automation skills.
• Solid background with Azure/Entra ID and identity management.
• Enterprise-level experience designing and troubleshooting collaboration solutions (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
• Email and calendaring expertise, including security tools (e.g., Proofpoint).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions for enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and related services.
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell and related tools.
• Ensure secure identity management and access controls across the suite.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client requirements.
