Job summary

SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M365 Platform / Tenant Administrator L3 with 8+ years in India.

The role is PAN India Remote, focusing on overseeing the complete M365 tenant across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva, Power Platform and Copilot. You will work with CoreView or equivalent governance tools, administer Purview, enforce security baselines, RBAC and compliance, and drive automation via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M365 platform administration.
• Hands-on with CoreView or equivalent governance tools.
• Experience with Purview retention, labels, eDiscovery and info protection.
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation skills.
• Experience handling L3 incidents and changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft 365 tenant across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Maintain governance and admin tooling with CoreView.
• Administer Purview retention, labels, audit, eDiscovery and information protection.
• Manage M365 security baselines, RBAC, Secure Score and privileged access.
• Monitor tenant health, licensing, and feature rollout planning.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Handle L3 incidents, RCA, problem management and service improvements.
• Collaborate with IAM, cybersecurity, architecture teams and vendors.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, audit evidence and governance reports; mentor L1/L2.
