Job summary
Motion Industries (MOT) seeks an experienced M365/Azure Systems Administrator II to manage and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, and hybrid infrastructure. The role emphasizes cloud modernization, identity management, and automation, collaborating with engineering, security, and networking teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT infrastructure.
- 5+ years of progressive experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments.
- Experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Backup Services, Virtual Networks, and Resource Groups.
- Assist with deployment and maintenance of Azure services supporting business applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor Azure environments for performance, availability, security, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Support cloud migration efforts involving servers, applications, and data.
- Configure and maintain Azure networking components including VPN connections, NSGs, Load Balancers, and DNS services.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Intune.
