Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking an M365/Azure Systems Administrator II to manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows and RHEL servers in hybrid environments. The role involves implementing, administering, maintaining, and supporting cloud and on-premises infrastructure and serving as escalation point.

You will work with engineering, networking, cybersecurity and application teams to ensure reliable and secure services, support cloud modernization, and automate routine tasks with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5+ years supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments.
• Experience administering Azure and Microsoft 365 in enterprise settings.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Azure resources (VMs, Storage, VNets, Resource Groups).
• Deploy and maintain Azure services supporting business apps and infrastructure.
• Monitor Azure environments for performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Support cloud migration of servers, apps, and data.
• Configure Azure networking (VPN, NSGs, load balancers, DNS).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
• Manage Entra ID, conditional access and MFA; maintain AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Provide Tier 3 support; incident root-cause analysis; on-call rotation.
• Develop automation scripts with PowerShell; IaC initiatives.
