Job summary
Axiom Space is seeking a Platform Engineer II (M365/Azure Administrator) to design, build, and operate the Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure infrastructure used by engineering and business teams. You will drive automation, identity governance, and platform reliability, while maintaining familiarity with AWS for occasional cross-platform workloads.
The role serves as an escalation point for platform architecture and security program improvements under senior IT leadership and requires a strong focus
Qualifications
- Experience administering 365/Azure in production environments.
- Knowledge of identity governance, security, and DRBC concepts.
- Familiarity with cross-platform workloads (AWS) and containers.
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell or Python).
Responsibilities
- Administers and evolves Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure environment.
- Maintains identity and access across Entra ID and AWS IAM with least-privilege.
- Builds and maintains container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
- Manages end-user devices and on-prem VMware in a hybrid IT setting.
- Implements monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery planning.
- Develops Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards for automation.
