Motion Industries seeks an experienced M365/Azure Systems Administrator II to manage and secure enterprise cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will oversee Azure resources, M365 services, identity management, and virtualization while collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, and networking teams.
The role emphasizes automation, incident response, and documentation, with opportunities to drive cloud modernization initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field; five+ years supporting Microsoft infra
- Experience administering Azure and M365 in an enterprise env
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem environments experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Azure resources: VMs, Storage, VPNs, NSGs, DNS
- Administer M365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune
- Manage Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO
- Maintain Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy; VMware infra
- Develop automation scripts with PowerShell; IaC using Azure tooling
- Provide Tier 3 support; perform root cause analysis; on-call rotation as needed
- Document procedures, participate in infra projects and tech refreshes
