MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Ventures to drive inorganic growth through M&A and strategic investments. You will source, evaluate, and run a steady pipeline of deals end-to-end, partnering with the Sr. Director and VP on LOIs and closings.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to structure transactions and integrate acquisitions, leading cross-functional diligence and clear strategic rationales. 4–8 years in relevant fields are required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Venture Capital.
• Strong judgment under time pressure with incomplete information.
• Direct, low-ego, and accountable with outcomes focus.

Responsabilités

• Own deals end-to-end from sourcing to close and integration.
• Independently source, evaluate, and run a pipeline of M&A and investment opportunities.
• Build and pressure-test valuation, structure, and strategic rationale.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to avoid stalls between LOI and closure.
• Serve as primary driver through LOI signing and close.
