MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Ventures to drive inorganic growth through end-to-end M&A and strategic investments. You will source, evaluate, and manage a steady pipeline, collaborating with the Sr.

Director, VP, and cross-functional partners to execute deals from initial engagement through LOI and close. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and People to align on strategic fit and integration, while maintaining rigorous analytical judgment and

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
• Experience running deal workstreams and owning transactions end-to-end with autonomy.
• Ability to engage credibly with technical leaders while maintaining a business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage a pipeline of M&A and investment opportunities from engagement through LOI.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution and close, coordinating with Sr. Director and VP.
