Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Development & Ventures to lead inorganic growth by sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A and strategic investments. You will own deals end-to-end from initial engagement through LOI and close, coordinating with Finance, Legal, HR, and business units to drive integration and value realization.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Corporate Development, IB, PE, or VC.
• Experience running deal workstreams and end-to-end transactions.
• Ability to operate autonomously, escalating to Sr. Director/VP as needed.
• Engages credibly with technical leaders while maintaining business focus.

Responsibilities

• Own Deals, End-to-End: source, evaluate, and run a pipeline of M&A and investments from initial engagement through LOI.
• Be the function's go-to person from LOI through close across all Corp Dev workstreams.
• Convert market insights into actionable opportunities with Ventures team.
• Operate effectively with senior stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to avoid stalls between LOI and closure.
