Job summary

MongoDB seeks a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to build and run the operational backbone for how acquisitions are integrated. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in M&A integration or related fields.
• Experience leading or supporting M&A integration workstreams or full integrations with accountability from planning through post‑close execution.
• Experience partnering with Corporate Development from LOI through close and in cross‑deal contexts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Development from LOI onward to translate the deal thesis into integration goals, success criteria, and a high‑level operating model.
• Build and maintain MongoDB's integration playbook with Day 1/Day 100 checklists and templates, refining it deal by deal.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day integration lead for assigned deals, coordinating governance cadence and owning readiness across Day 1 and beyond.
• Track KPIs and synergy realization, tying progress to the deal thesis and financial models.
• Partner with HR and other functions on Day 1 planning, org design, and retention of acquired talent.
