Job summary

PwC is seeking a Deals Delivering Deal Value Leadership, Talent & Organization Director to lead people strategy and talent initiatives across mergers and other deal events. You will guide client engagements, mentor leaders, and ensure quality and inclusion while driving business growth.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, address organizational design and workforce planning, and translate deal value insights into practical talent solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 9+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and organization strategy work for mergers, acquisitions, and deal transactions.
• Assess workforce implications and organizational design during integration planning.
• Develop post-deal integration approaches aligning culture and operating models.
• Advise clients on human resources, talent management, and organizational development.
• Shape business development opportunities across deal-related workforce services.
• Direct multiple client engagements and guide cross-functional teams.
• Apply data-driven analysis to people risks and workforce planning.
