PwC is seeking a Deals Delivering Deal Value Human Capital Diligence Senior Manager to lead human capital diligence for mergers, acquisitions and other transactions within our Workforce Consulting practice. You will guide teams, advise clients at a strategic level, and shape integration and people-led transition plans across deals.

You will coordinate cross-functional work streams, translate findings into actionable recommendations for client executives, and develop effective change strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on people implications throughout merger, acquisition, and divestiture activity.
• Leading human capital diligence workstreams evaluating talent, organization, culture, and workforce risks.
• Developing integration strategies addressing retention and operating model changes.
