Job summary

PwC is seeking a Deals Delivering Deal Value Human Capital Diligence Senior Manager to lead workforce diligence across mergers, acquisitions, and transactions. You will guide human capital assessments, shape integration approaches, and address culture and change management throughout every deal phase.

You will lead large projects, advise clients at a strategic level, and bring together teams to solve complex issues with sound judgment and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience required.
• Experience in human capital diligence or transaction support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on people implications during deals and transactions.
• Lead human capital diligence workstreams evaluating talent, organization, culture, and workforce risks.
• Develop integration strategies addressing retention, leadership continuity, operating model changes, and workforce planning.
• Translate deal findings into clear recommendations for transaction teams and client executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across HR, finance, legal, and deal execution stakeholders.
• Guide data gathering, document review, and interview planning for workforce analysis.
• Assess organizational design, employee experience, policy alignment, and change impacts during transactions.
• Build trusted client relationships and present findings with clear next steps.
• Coach teams through complex deal cycles and deadlines.
• Apply knowledge of human capital consulting and post-merger integration to deliver value.
