Job summary

PwC is seeking a Deals Delivering Deal Value Leadership, Talent & Organization Director in Boston to lead people strategy, talent retention, organizational design, and change support across mergers and acquisitions and other deal events. You will guide multiple workstreams, mentor leaders, and maintain executive relationships with a focus on quality and commercial thinking.

You will shape client engagements, identify opportunities that support deal value, and bring together people and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and organization strategy work for deal transactions.
• Assess workforce implications and organizational design during integration.
• Develop post-deal integration approaches aligning culture and operating models.
• Advise on HR, talent management and organizational development.
• Shaping client relationships and expanding deal-related workforce services.
• Direct multiple client engagements and guide cross-functional teams.
• Apply analytics to evaluate people data, risk, and workforce planning.
• Develop thought leadership and practical tools for talent issues.
• Mentor emerging leaders and coach teams through priorities.
• Maintain professional standards, independence, and firm conduct.
