• Developing post-deal integration approaches aligning culture, operating models, and business priorities.
• Advising on human resources, talent management, and organizational development matters.
• Shaping business development opportunities and expanding client relationships across deal-related workforce services.
• Directing multiple client engagements and guiding cross-functional teams through complex transaction phases.
• Applying analytical thinking to evaluate people data, risk areas, and workforce planning scenarios.
• Mentoring emerging leaders and building team capability through coaching and feedback.
