Mercer Advisors is seeking a strategic finance professional to lead Partner Development and M&A efforts, including target valuations, synergies underwriting, and financial due diligence. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to drive performance and evaluate growth opportunities across acquisitions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, corporate finance experience, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree encouraged.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related finance roles with M&A exposure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze target financial statements and strategic considerations to build valuation models and inform deal recommendations.
• Participate in management meetings and due diligence calls with sellers and investment bankers.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and deal team leaders on pre-LOI and diligence workflows.
