You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, data rooms, and closing processes while delivering concise analysis and decision-support for strategic acquisitions.

• Lead financial due diligence on acquisition targets, including quality of earnings, working capital, and identification of key risks and deal issues.
