Mercer’s M&A Advisory Services team seeks an experienced Private Equity Strategic Growth Manager HR M&A Consultant to advise PE firms and their portfolio companies throughout the acquisition and value creation lifecycle. This role offers learning, growth, and collaboration across Mercer’s human capital businesses, with Marsh partnership for broader client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of Private Equity M&A HR, human capital, and employee benefits experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen long-term relationships with private equity firms and portfolio company executives.
• Lead all areas of human capital for Mercer’s PE clients and their portfolio companies throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Serve as the Mercer–Marsh intersection, acting as the go‑to Mercer lead for PE clients and their portfolio companies.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying value-added opportunities across M&A engagements, including post-investment and exit prep.
• Collaborate with Mercer Transaction Advisory leaders to deliver client solutions and support Marsh business development.
