Mercer Advisors Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager for M&A Partner Development to drive growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions.

You will lead target valuations, synergies underwriting, financial due diligence, and internal performance reporting under the Director of Finance, M&A Partner Development. The role requires strong analytical skills, CFO partnership, and experience in corporate finance with an emphasis on M&A; a background in financial services or independent RIA landscape is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree encouraged.
• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related roles (M&A preferred).
• Experience in financial accounting and valuation principles; familiarity with RIA or acquisitive environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze target financial statements and data to build valuation models and inform deal structure recommendations.
• Participate in due diligence calls with sellers and bankers to assess risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with advisors to complete quality of earnings and evaluate revenue/cost synergies.
• Guide pre-LOI diligence workflows with finance, legal, and deal team leaders.
• Track post-merger integration and monitor acquisition performance and synergies.
• Maintain internal reporting packages for leadership and Board decisions.
• Use market data and feedback to improve Partner Development analytics and strategy.
