Responsibilities

• Develop investment theses with BU leadership and build operating models.
• Create financial analyses including DCF, LBO, and merger consequences.
• Lead due diligence planning, execution, and reviews.
• Identify deal risks and propose mitigation with leaders.
• Coordinate deal teams including bankers and external advisors.
• Collaborate with functions to align transaction structure with strategy.
• Support industry research to inform M&A strategy.
