Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a detail‑oriented M&A Project Coordinator to help establish internal infrastructure, workflows, and readiness activities for M&A deals. You will support the Corporate Development team by managing MS Project Teams sites, onboarding deal teams, and assisting with project planning.

You will contribute to diligence templates, the integration playbook, and related artifacts, while collaborating with stakeholders. U.S. citizenship is required for this facility.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience setting up and managing budgets.
• Experience with financial modeling.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing large amounts of information, including identifying issues and recommending solutions proactively.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and administering Microsoft Project Teams sites supporting M&A deals.
• Read in deal team members and work with project managers to manage task authorizations.
• Support project planning and the buildout of diligence templates, integration playbooks, and artifacts.
