You will partner with Market Leaders to articulate the strategic rationale and build the business case for each transaction, including detailed waterfall models and financial forecasts.

You will mentor junior team members, facilitate integration planning, and translate value drivers into actionable plans. U.S. citizenship is required for this facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with strategy consulting or analysis is required.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of business cases for acquisitions and equity investments.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments.
