Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contracting and program or project financial management.
• Experience with financial management of subcontractors and generating invoice details and back-up.
• Experience briefing financial recommendations to a program team or leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas and functions for calculation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial and program control activities for mid-to-large programs.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle.
• Analyze budgets, monitor expenses, and provide cost/schedule variance recommendations.
• Prepare the cost-to-complete and respond to contract and program data calls.
• Participate in contract terms and conditions and statement of work reviews.
