You will lead projects in HCM, perform system configuration and testing, and support UAT, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. A strong background in Workday HCM, HR processes, and project management is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with HCM systems.
3+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Core administrator or analyst.
Knowledge of HR processes and digital touchpoints with other functional areas.
Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Lead configuration and optimization of Workday HCM processes and UAT support.
Define solutions to support business requirements using Workday HCM functionality.
Maintain documentation of requirements, specs, and end-to-end processes.
Perform system configuration, unit testing, and defect management.
Support inquiries and Help Desk incidents related to Workday HCM.
