Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Workday HCM Specialist to spearhead configuration and optimization of Workday processes within the Human Capital Management area. You will manage special projects, support day-to-day operations, and ensure timely delivery with strong documentation and testing practices.

The role requires 3+ years in HCM, 2+ years in Workday HCM admin, and familiarity with HR processes. Citizenship is required due to facility security constraints, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with HCM systems.
2+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Core administrator or analyst.
Knowledge of HR processes and digital touchpoints with other functional areas.
HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the configuration and optimization of Workday business processes and lead projects within the HCM area.
Support day-to-day operational functions and conduct unit testing and defect management.
Define solutions and options to support business requirements using Workday HCM functionality.
Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, file specs, end-to-end processes, and project artifacts.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with inquiries and Help Desk incidents.
Due to facility requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.
