Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Development to lead deal lifecycle activities, from strategy and modeling to negotiation and execution of M&A and other inorganic transactions. You will work with technology accelerator and corporate venture teams to evaluate strategic options across sectors.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in corporate development or investment banking, with strong financial modeling, valuation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic partnerships
• Experience with equity investments, M&A, or joint ventures
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Ability to structure complex problems, deliver insights, and identify risks
• Ability to work across teams to build operating P&Ls
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead deal lifecycle activities across strategy, valuation, modeling, and negotiation
• Collaborate with the technology accelerator and corporate venture teams
• Evaluate corporate strategy and merger alternatives using multiple analyses
• Execute M&A and other inorganic transactions with senior leaders
• Understand the defense and government ecosystem and cross-sector negotiations
