Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• At least three (3) years of experience practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house environment
• Active law license in Ohio
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and business judgement
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key team member and hands-on attorney on M&A transactions from start to finish
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices
• Gain experience with middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices
