Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial leasing, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements.
- Active law license in the state where office is located.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements.
- Lead and manage sophisticated real estate transactions from term sheet through closing.
- Conduct and analyze due diligence, including title and survey review.
