from an accredited law school. You will work with middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices on leveraged buyouts and family-owned businesses, serving as a key team member on transactions from start to finish.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• At least three (3) years of experience practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house environment.
• Active law license in Indiana.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and business judgement.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
