Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced M&A Procure-to-Pay Integration Manager in San Francisco to lead supplier integration, transition planning, and reconciliations across Zip and Oracle Fusion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in Procurement, AP, Sourcing, Legal, and Tax to ensure smooth transitions and strong financial controls.

You will own the supplier master cleansing, risk checks with TPRM, and the setup of unified tracking with clear ownership and SLAs.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in P2P/AP with hands-on M&A integration or carve-out experience.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion and/or Zip ERP/P2P systems.
• Strong supplier master hygiene, banking and tax validation.
• Familiarity with corporate card programs and T&E policy management.
• SOX-ready documentation, audit trails and least-privilege access.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation capabilities.
• Experience using AI for data analysis and program management.
• Clear executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Navan/Concur and Oracle Fusion integrations.
• Understanding global tax and supplier onboarding nuances (VAT/GST, 1099, W-8/W-9).

Responsabilidades

• Own the integration plan for all target-company suppliers and transitions.
• Coordinate contract cutovers and amendments with Sourcing and Legal.
• Work with TPRM to track risk checks and onboarding requirements.
• Manage offboarding of non-moved suppliers and final settlements.
• Lead AP reconciliation across ledgers and define cutover plans.
• Validate supplier master, banking and tax data; ensure schema alignment.
• Oversee corporate card transition and related disputes.
• Maintain unified supplier integration tracker with owners and SLAs.
• Design exception workflows with auditable approvals and SoD.
• Provide weekly leadership updates with metrics and mitigations.
