Shield AI in California is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to own the Procure to Pay processes and lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, bridging Finance and IT to translate business needs into system design and milestones.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure data migration, testing, cutover, and user readiness, while driving standardization and scalability across P2P workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience with large ERP systems.
• 3-5 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Purchasing, AP, Expenses, Cash mgmt, Supplier management).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with SOX controls and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Lead for Procure to Pay end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
• Gather requirements, design future-state workflows, and translate to functional specs.
• Oversee data migration strategy and validation for master data and open balances.
• Coordinate with ERP partner to meet scope, quality, and timelines.
• Lead status reporting, risk management, and cross-functional interdependencies.
• Drive change management and training for user readiness and adoption.
• Support post-go-live hypercare and ongoing enhancements.
• Evaluate quarterly releases and adoption of new Oracle features.
• Ensure SOX compliance and access controls across Oracle Cloud.
