Job summary

Cypress HCM seeks an experienced Staff Oracle Cloud STP & ATR Solution Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations for M&A initiatives. This hands-on role partners with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Development, Engineering, and acquired business stakeholders to onboard new entities into Oracle Cloud and ensure Day 1 readiness.

Qualifications

10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
Minimum three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with ownership from Discovery through Hypercare.
Hands-on configuration of Oracle Procurement Cloud, Payables, and Fixed Assets.
Deep functional expertise across STP and ATR processes.
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud as part of M&A or ERP carve-outs.
Experience with supplier onboarding and data migration.
Understanding of procurement approvals, supplier lifecycle, and asset accounting.
Experience with production deployments and cutover activities.
Ability to lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Cloud STP and ATR implementations in M&A initiatives.
Lead the complete implementation lifecycle from discovery to production deployment, including testing and cutover.
