Job summary

Swoon is seeking a senior procurement integration lead to own supplier integration plans, coordinate cutovers, and manage AP reconciliation and supplier risk across the enterprise. You will partner with Sourcing, Legal, and Accounting to execute seamless transitions for retained suppliers and to ensure compliant, auditable processes.

The role requires 6+ years in P2P/AP operations with M&A integration experience, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and experience with Oracle Fusion/Zip.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in P2P/AP operations with hands-on M&A integration or carve-out experience.
• Deep working knowledge of ERP/P2P systems (Oracle Fusion, Zip) or equivalents.
• Proven supplier master hygiene and banking/tax validation; strong 2/3-way match, accruals, payment calendars.
• Familiarity with corporate card programs and T&E policy administration (issuance, deactivation, reimbursements).
• SOX-ready controls, audit trails, least-privilege access, segregation of duties.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration plan for target-company suppliers, coordinating with business owners and tracking milestones and blockers.
• Coordinate contract cutovers for retained suppliers, including amendments, renewals, and deadlines.
• Coordinate supplier risk checks with TPRM and incorporate risk into onboarding and cutover plans.
• Lead cancellation and offboarding of non-mover suppliers with cross-functional teams.
• Lead AP reconciliation across ledgers, defining cutover and payment reroute plans.
• Stand up and manage a unified supplier integration and reconciliation tracker with source-of-truth links and SLAs.
