Job summary

Global IT Con. LLC seeks an M&A Network & Operations Integration Lead in Houston, TX to drive the technical and operational integration of acquired companies into the network ecosystem.

You will oversee day-to-day coordination and high-level architectural strategy to ensure seamless merging of infrastructure, back-end systems, and field operations without impacting subscriber performance. Qualifications

• 15+ years in network engineering or telecom operations.
• 3+ years in M&A infrastructure integration or large migrations.
• Strong OSS/BSS, inventory, provisioning, and fault-monitoring expertise.
• Knowledge of IP routing, backhaul, security, and multi-vendor hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural due diligence and roadmaps for integration.
• Migrate inventory, orders, and subscriber data to central platforms.
• Consolidate NOC and establish telemetry and alarm pipelines.
• Merge field operations systems, runbooks, and spare parts logistics.
• Draft MOPs, migration schedules, and cutover plans.
